Yeah, I believe the sources. I have been in contact with the dudes at GDG, and also got a heads up from some of the peeps here that the possibility is there. Good news? It actually looks like it will bare fruit! Just a few signatures in the right spots and some work and elbow grease and we will finally get to see some of the 3DO games that Oldergames.com released done right. It will be nice to see that the guys that originally held the rights to the games get proper respect for their hard work and not get ripped off again. I can see it now, professional looking packaging and silk screened CD's to boot! drool  drool  drool  drool  drool Oh baby, I love the GDG guys! The 3DO still has some life left in her fellas! This rocks. Hopefully we will have a new crop of 3DO games by this summer!

I think that Good Deal Games will. They are trying to get them protected for sure. Wouldn't want another sleazebag like the prick that was running Oldergames to come along and steal it again, know what I mean?

Good deal games may not have been passed on the encryption by Oldergames, as I understand it as soon as Oldergames cracked it they reneged on all their deals with GDG and went ahead and released two of the cracked games they didnt have the rights to. The other one Icebreaker II Oldergames then got the creator to go with solely them rather than in partnership with GDG.
Oldergames come out of this stinking of sh1t

Too bad we couldn't get Oldergames to release the stuff, but then what? They could care less about the gamers. To them, releasing these games was purely about the monetary gain. I would buy the games from GDG in a heartbeat. Those guys rock. Anyone ever checked out their Sega CD releases? Amazing quality for Homebrew releases. More underground games should have this level of quality. I'm sure GDG wouldn't have the "problems" the Oldergames releases had either. Factor that in with great customer support and you have gold my friend! Pure gold to boot.
