If there are any cd-i owners here looking to pick up some cheap software, I have a # of games that I am looking to unload. Most are in like brand new condition.
I also have 4 defective cd-i consoles (2 different models) as well as a DVC.
I'll trade for any 3DO games I don't have, or other game related things. |

He's saying the batteries are dead. In CD-i language, that means you need to replace the batteries for them to work. I am interested in these, but have to do more research into how to replace the batteries. I still never got a cost from Trev on these. Not sutre if it was ill communication from me or what. I want the games, a unit and the video pack. |

Yeah, finding the information is a pain in the arse. I am getting closer as I have found someone who may actual;y have a repair manual for the CD-i systems. I am praying . . . I may just snag the games and a system with the vid cart just to have it anyway. I need a list Trev with a price. |

Okay, I need to dig all the stuff out to give specifics, but here is a quick rundown ...
I have 4 units ... 3 I beleive to be originl Phillips models. These came from a school I think, where I imagine they were used to run the variety of edutainment software that this console has. These are just the boxes only, w/no cords (although from the port they look to be pretty standard) and no tv attachment. Also, for all I know these could actually run ... I've never tested them due to missing attatchments.
The 4th model was my personal Magnavox one. This comes w/a fairly new Digital Video cart, and all attatchments and a controller. This unit will need to have the battery swapped out though. Other than that, it was in fine working shape.
I have a games list somewhere that I will dig out & post in the near future. Most are complete and near mint ... bought them from pmpro right before they ceased carrying them.
More info soon ... |

Magnavox, probably a model 200? Either way, I have the information on how to swap out the battery, although it's goinbg to be a pain in the ass. I hope you got Burn Cycle somewhere in there as I am interrested in this. Let me know dude. |

Found this old post on the 3DO Zero forum ...

This is a duplicate of a post I made on our sister cd-i forum. Thought I'd throw it out here to see if there was any intrest. My loss (a broken cd-i player) can be your gain.

I really want to, but money woes are grabbing me. Got behind on a couple bills. If Someone else wants the stuff man, go for it, you may be waiting a bit for me, I'm afraid. |
