I had a Panasonic one a while back and would like to buy one. I see on here bad reviews on the Goldstar version so I may steer clear of that type. I was cleaning my basement and saw two totes full of 3DO games and now have to buy a system. My kids are 6 and 3 and would love them to play Gex and the other great games the 3DO has to offer.

I got my Goldstar used, but to be honest, I can't recall ever having any problems with it whatsoever. I suppose I got lucky, or perhaps the reports of iffy Goldstar units are exaggerated.

My godstar is fine too but I use my Panasonic most of the time just so's I dont push my luck. Is around $230 the going rate for a Sanyo unit now I knew they were rare but woweee that stings!

Still lower than the original market price, no? But yeah, you'd kind of think the system would be a smidge cheaper by now.

| The Sanyo units are very rare and sexxxy to boot! Yeah, they are a bit on the expensive side, but they rock. I have seen them and played on them, but never owned one sadly. One day, it will be mine, oh yes, it will be mine! |
