| So, with the few hundreds of games that released for the 3DO, what do you think is the cream of the crop? What game sits with you and why, well, US that is. Mine is a hard one to come up with as there were just so many great games for the system. Even though we did get alot of the cheesy stuff, there is still some treally good stuff out there from Psychic Detective to Super Street Fighter II Turbo. I guiess though, I have to go with Killing Time. It was a late release for the system, but DAMN, what a release! The game was not only huge, but it really used what the 3DO had in it's heart. Definantly worth checking out if you can find the game as it is a little on the rare side. Still, an awesome gaming experience for sure! |

| Well im gonna go against the general concensus by plumping for Starblade. Now i know Return Fire, Need For Speed, Road Rash, Killing Time etc are all worthy but for me the exitement when i 1st fired up Starblade back in, hell what was it 94, was the best buzz during the consoles life span. Still get that same buzz when i fire it up nowdays whereas many games are a let down after a few years not playing them. |

Hard to say, really. I have but scratched the surface of the 3DO library, so I can't make a fair judgement at the present. My little brother really likes Gex, though. _________________ www.vgtheory.com |

| I feel both of you there. I will be putting together a list here soon for the 3DO of stuff you should own if you have the system as the games and peripherals are just very interesting where things are concerned. There is some really bad stuuf for the 3DO, and then there are some bad stuff for the 3DO. I think I will do a top ten in games and the peripherals that are must own and the ten avoids for the system, all opinions, that is. By the way, loved Star Blade as well, especially the enhanced version. |

Yeah, you need to try the game out with the Capcom Pad, much nicer as the game is controlable then. Fun in the fact that I can actually do special moves with the Capcom pad. |

So many to choose from: Road Rash, Wing Commander III, etc...
But if I choose only one, to be my favourite, then it would have to be
Star Control II |

| Hi everyone. I just found this site tonight and wanted to let you know that it's pretty cool to be able to have a forum like this for the old systems that we hold near and dear. As far as favorite games: Road Rash(which everyone has stated), Samurai Showdown (I cant even begin to imagine how much money I spent on this in the arcade so when it came out for the 3do I was elated) and last but in no way least Zhadnost. Zhadnost isn't really even that spectacular but my buddy in high school and I had so many laughs playing this game that it is very nostalgiac for me. |
