| Okay, so we all have a feeling for eachothers faves, but what game would you say was the Killer App in the library of the 3DO? The game that would have sold systems had it been showcased more and the public had seen it and played it. I always have a hard time with this as I really enjoy most of the games for the system, but I have a very hard time thinking of something to even consider as the Killer App for the system. |

I always think of Road Rash when I think of the 3DO. I think the 3DO version of the game is the definative one, as far as home consoles are concerned. _________________ Torched Threads |

Star Control 2 stands out.
Gex obviously, if it didn't get whored out to other systems (kinda like Rayman for the Jag).
If Bladeforce and Captain Quazar came out in the beginning instead of at the end they would have moved some systems.
Another one that could have been an AAA title if it had some more polish is Quarantine. |

| You know, Escapre From Monster Manor really caught my attention early on for the 3DO. Not sure how many of you played this, and even though it's not the most awesopme game these days, I still pop it in from time to time and have a blast playing the old girl! I just wish that the sequel that was planned had released. Instead we got Killing Time, which I enjoy as well, but it would have been nice to see what they were going to do with the Monster Manor license. |

| Before I gave up on ever playing a FPS without getting motion sickness (and thus stopped playing them at all), I played Escape a few times. It was sorta enjoyable, but as I recall the environments were pretty sparse. |

Not too bad, although some floor and ceiling textures would have been nice, although I do like the level layouts. It was a slick game for when it released. |
