United Technologies Corp.'s Pratt & Whitney unit said Friday it signed a $84 million, five-year deal to supply airplane parts and service to a British air cargo company.
Pratt & Whitney signed a deal with MK Airlines to upgrade the airline's engines starting in May. The deal covers 36 engine upgrades with an option for more.
United Kingdom-based MK Airlines is a private held air cargo company serving Africa, Asia and South America.
Shares of United Technologies fell 39 cents to $68.19 in morning trading on the New York Stock Exchange. The stock earlier hit a 52-week high of $68.75. |
