The first and 2nd hokages are brothers. To the best of my recolection from this book I've been reading at Barnes & Nobles it pinpoints that the 4th is the son of the 2nd hokage. (not sure if this is true or not) If it were true it wouldn't mean that Tsunade are Naruto are related, only if naruto's father had been the son of the 1st hokage would they be related, since Tsunade is the grand-daughter of the 1st hokage. *phew* Hope that all made sense. If it didn't look up "Hokage" on Wikipedia and hopefully you can make sense of it all.

I can see that you "think" their related, but they aren't directly related. Like I said, Tsunade is the grand-daughter of the 1st hokage, and the 1st and 2nd were brothers. I'm not 100% positive if the 4th was even the son of the 2nd hokage, but again, this book from Barnes & Noble is ademate about the likelyhood that it's true. I'm questioning it as much as you are, believe me. If however the 4th were the son of the 2nd that would make Tsunade and Naruto cousins through blood-line association only. That'd make the 2nd hokage Naruto's great grand-father, and Tsunade's Uncle (I think is how it works on a family tree chart.) *argh hurts my head to think about all this.*
