**Below is the whole contents of the Mass Email explaining the new Country Section. Please read to better understand what Real, or Serious RP is.

Admin-sama here, just wanted to explain a bit about the new Country section on the forums. First I'll answer some questions,
Kiwi-chan asked "what's real or serious roleplay? and how many countries can we join? "
Those are very good questions Kiwi-san! Ah, Ok. Anyone who is active on the forums probably knows Gatita-tan. **UN-NinjaNoodle**. And you have probably taken a peek at her outrageously hilarious and random RPs in the Random RP section. She has everything from Gaara being depressed about Pizza, to Sasuke getting pushed into a pool of ramen. That is random, no real base to the plot.
Real, or Serious Role Play is, in my opinion, allot better, and funner to do. I do it all the time in chats on dART. It is, where you can choose a picture of a real character, or draw yourself as you would look in an anime. You get to choose a Play name (what you will be called, because using your UserName on DN is a bit unformal). You can choose nationality's and have companions, set up a 3 man team with a sensei, choose rivals, make up cool sounding technique names for your actions, and even choose the weather settings.
(Such as if your opponent is using a sand-type jutsu, in your post you could say something like
"The sand serpent shot forward at such an incredible speed that i thought i would be hit, bracing myself for impact, i was startled that pain did not come with the crash i heard, i looked up to see lighting and rain poured down from the sky, rendering my opponents attacks useless"
Not all your RPs have to be well worded, or organized, it could be like
"The sand came at me
i braced for impact
it started raining
the sand turned to mud"
About number of countries you can join, you can only join one at a time. If your character changes their loyalty or if you are a spy, like Kabuto, just PM me again and say what Country you were in, and witch one you want to switch to.
YOU may RP in countries besides your own. The country you RP in is where it is set! Just because Naruto went to Suna to save Gaara doesn't mean that he's not from Konoha anymore! XD
See? I know i know, your getting tired of reading, so I'll finish up.
There are the 5 main Countries of Naruto, and also a *Other* country, such for the Land of Sound and Snow. (as seen in the Naruto Movie)
Also, there is a Bleach center there. It is for Real or Serious Bleach RP.
The person who starts the RP, in the very first post, needs to have something along these lines, (you fill it in too,)
Where in the Country you are set. (ex.Ramen Shop in Konoha, Vally of Death)
The Current Season (winter, fall, summer, spring)
and of course, what your doing. If you are waiting for someone to RP with you that you know of, say such like,
"I sat down on a rock and played with my kunai, I knew she was going to be late again so i started to hum."
