Yashi woke up for school @ 7:30 am. She wanted to crawl back under her covers and stay there forever. She hated school. She wasn't popular, and she didn't think she was too pretty. I mean, u'd think that too if almost everyone called you "Yucky Face Yashi" right?? She got amazing grades. Infact, she was pushed up a grade, she was in her Senior year. Everybody made fun of her. Even the Freshmen class. She rode the bus, her clothes were old and tacky, and her black thick rimmed glasses didn't fit her face.
Once Yashi finally crawled out of bed, took a shower, and dressed her self in a white polo (fitted) and tan colored capris (fitted) she walked out of the door.
Yashi never noticed her pretty side. Her pretty Dominican Puerto Rican skin was flawless. Her long cold black hair, thick amd bouncy. And she had a body for days!!!
Every once in a while, some boy would look at her closely and say:
"She would look good if she..."
But they never said it to her face. To her face....they would degrade her.
~At School~
Yashi walked straight to class once gettin everything she needed.
Nica: Ugh, look at Yuck Face Yashi. I guess she tried to look qud today.
Nina: *LHAO* I don't kno why tha gurl tried. She still POPPED lyk a mutha!!!
Nica and Nina were twins. Also known as "The NiNi Sisters" They weren't only sisters, but best friends. And they bullied anybody who wasn't on their status. Most of all...Yashi. So pretty, so rich, so popular. They had Nigga and Niggette groupiez and Yashi thought it wasn't fair that two people so ugly on the inside could have people who want to befriend them so much.
They went to tha back of the class and held a conversation with their other friend Rissa, who had tha same stat. as them.
Rissa: Guess wut ya'll.
Nica&Nina: Wut??
Rissa: My cuz Trey comin and movin back to V.A.
Nica: Omg!!! Trey sexii ass comin baq??!!! YES, MY BABII IZ BAQ!!!
Nina: Chill, Nica. U and Trey iz neva gonna happen!!!
Nina&Rissa: LTAO
Nica: Wuteva bytchez. I kno Trey gonna fall in luv wit me. Itz only a matter of time.
Rissa: Wut about he said he'd only fuck u. Neva date you. Lol.
Nica: Well once he getz a taste of dah goodies, he gonna wanna stay wit me.

Rissa looked up and noticed Yushi staring at them.
Yushi: *Lookin down* Nothing.
Rissa: Yea, dats wut I thought. Turn yo ugly, busted ass aroun' and mind ya bidness.
Yushi didn't kno why that hurt so much. She was always told by her NahNah (Granny) not to let small minded people who only looked at things from the outside get to you. But she couldn't help it. it got to her everytime. And it beat her heart up, and stung like hell.
Speaking of Yushi's NahNah, she loved her to death. She was 79 years old, and wise. She gave Yushi all the advice she needed to make it through life.
Yushi was certain that without her NahNah, she'd never make it.
Her father walked out on her and her mother when she was 5 months old. Her just upped, and left. She hasn't heard of him, or seen him since. Her mother was never "around" she'd be there, but she never had time for Yushi. She was in and out of bad relationships, and always depressed.
She worked a low paying job, and right after her 9 to 5 at Kinkos, she'd come home and change into her waitress out fit for her job at a Pino's Pizza. Then she'd be at home, and lock herself in her room.
~After Class~
Yushi went to her locker, and her true one and only friend walked up to her.
Pablo: Hey Yushi. Wutz up??
Yushi: *Smilin* Nothin. You do ur homework for Tech.??
Pablo: *Laughing* You kno I didn't!!
Yushi: *Shakin Her Head* Why do u want to screw up your Senior Year Pablo?? Just do your work. I kno u're smart enough!!
Pablo: *Shrugs* I don't really kno. But hey, did you hear about the party the NiNi twins and Rissa are throwin??
Yushi: *Sighs* You kno I didn't. Why??
Pablo: I heard it was gonna be bangin. U wanna go??
Yushi: No. And how are you gonna jus invite yourself to someone elses party??
Pablo: I got an invite.
He pulled out a glittery pink and black card, with fury on the edge. Yushi opened tha card and let the blue, pink, black, purple, and silver glitter fall to the floor.
She read it:
Wutz crackin Pablo you one of tha fly fellas we choose to come to our Pool/Hotel party. So bring ya bathin suit and nighties. And don't 4get...look supa sexii!!

Yushi handed the card back to him.
Yushi: I'm not goin.
Pablo: C'mon. Why not??
Yushi: Are you serious??!! The NiNi's and Rissa HATE ME!!! And so does the rest of the school!!! They'd never invite me to a party!!!
Pablo: I don't hate you
Yushi: *Slightly smiling* That's nice Pablo. But you kno I can't go. I don't even have nething to wear.
Pablo: I'm sure you can find something.
Yushi: *Shook her head* No Pablo. I can't.
Pablo: Man.
Yushi: Sorry. And who gave you that invite??
Pablo: Rissa. Why??
Yushi: *Smiling* She likes you a lot.
Pablo: Ahh, nah. I think she just need another boy in there.
Yushi: Yea. One she likes!!! She has a crush on you and it's sooo obvious!!! I just hope you'd never date a girl like that.
Pablo: Oo, never. She's waaay to high maintence and self centered for me. And besides, if she's not cool wit you, then she's no girl for me.
Yushi: *Blushin* Aww thanks Pablo.
Pablo: No problem. But hey, I got to go. I can't be late to this next class or I'm in B.I.G TROUBLE!!! BYE!!
He started jogging down the hall.
Yushi smiled. He's so cute.
Just then as she turned to walk down the hallway to her second period she heard someone yell her horrible nickname.
Yushi turned around to see none other than Rissa and the NiNi Twins. They walked up to Yushi.
Rissa: Hey Yucky Face. Here.
Rissa held a large card infront of Yushi's face. It was identical to the one Pablo had. Her body pumped with excitement as she opened the card and the same glitter fell to the floor.

Yushi was laying in her bedroom on her bed. Staring up at the ceiling. Her mother was out working, and Nana was sleeping so she couldn't talk to her about her day.
All through the rest of the afternoon, Yushi got stares from everyone as she carried around the huge invitaion to the party. People looked at her in disbeliefe. She even heard some say "It's gotta be some type of prank they got up their sleeves. Inviting Yucky Face Yushi?? Hell na!!"
But Yushi ignored it. Maybe it was a come around. Maybe the NiNi's and Rissa finally saw Yushi for who she really was. The telephone rang and Yushi flipped over to the edge of her bed and answered it.
Yushi: Hello.
M/v: Hey Yushi. What's up??
Yushi: Oh hey Pablo. Nothing, just thinking.
Pablo: I heard you got an invite to the party.
Yushi: Wow. It really got around didn't it?? But yeah, it's true. I got invited.
Pablo: That's cool. So I know you're coming now right.
Yushi: *Shaking her head "no" as if he could see her* The problem still remaines that I have nothing to wear.
Pablo: But I told my mom. She was really happy for you, and she said she'd take you shopping.
Yushi: *Whinning* Pablooo, why'd you do that?? I don't need your mom to be feeling sorry for me!
Pablo: She's not feeling sorry for you. She knows what you go through at that school. She's just happy that you're finally being excepted. C'mon Yushi. *Baby voice* Pweety, pweety pwease. Wif sugew on twop??
Yushi: *Laughing* Ok Pablo, cut that out.
Pablo: Ok. I have to go so I'll see you tomorrow. We're gonna go to the mall right after school alright??
Yushi: *Sighs* Ok.
Pablo: That's my girl. Bye beautiful.
Pablo hung up the phone, but Yushi sat there looking at the reciever.
Did Pablo say "Bye Beautiful"?? He's never ever said anything like that before. It was the first time Yushi had ever been called beautiful by someone other than her NaNa. And even though it really doesn't matter about what the rest of the world thinks, it still felt good.
She hung up the phone smiling and laid back out on her bed.
