OK this is so far out there it's unreal .....
Adam and Eve in the caves are wait for it .......
Aaron and Ji Yeon.
The only 'children of the island'.

Mark, I thorougly enjoy your dialogue on here, crackpot or otherwise! The only argument against your theory is that, thus far, it seems that bodies do not travel backwards in time--only the mind. Now, depending on the outcome of the Tunisian polar bear, that could change.
At any rate, Adam and Eve are one of those many, many things I'd hope they will resove between now and the end of the show.

I've been thinking the same thing, but I've been discounting it because it seems too "Return to the Blue Lagoon" corny to me ...

There is some intrigue there...not necessarily on the same plane as your theory Mark, but I do see the potential for Aaron and Ji Yeon's paths to cross and become a major story arc.
Aaron = conceived off island, born on island
Ji Yeon = conceived on island, born off island
Gotta be something there right?

I love it. For a while I've been convinced it'll be Jack & Kate or Desmond & Penny, but it's always bugged me that it was far too obvious.
Ji Yeon and Aaron is a brilliant idea, though, as they're arguably more connected to island than any of the above. |

Thats a really interesting idea. I didn't even think of th idea that there were two children were born one being a boy and one being a girl.

I am looking at Adam and Eve much differently.
I am thinking the DeGroots possibly.
I don't think it's anyone who is alive in 2004.
