I haven't seen this discussed in any other thread in this folder, so I'll just start a new thread ...
Did Ishmael Bakir kill Nadia?
As usual, Ben speaks in half-truths ... I believe that Ishmael Bakir does work for Widmore, but I do not think that he killed Nadia. I think he was sent by Widmore to keep tabs on Sayid and Ben simply used the dude as a tool to trick Sayid into helping Ben. If Ishmael had actually killed Nadia (in LA), why would he follow Sayid all the way to Iraq?
Who is responsible for Nadia's death?
I actually think that Nadia's death was actually an accident (in the same manner that Hurley's grandpa dying was accidental) ... I think this may have something to do with the "O6" and their link to the Island, but it is too early to tell. In any case, I do not think Ben nor Widmore was actually responsible for Nadia's death. Ben just uses this tragic event & the fact that Ishmael is following Sayid to fabricate a story to convince him to join Ben's crusade.
What does Widmore want with the "O6"?
It doesn't make any sense for Widmore to kill Nadia ... For what purpose? I would think he would want to befriend the "O6", as they are now his best link to find the Island.
