I am now convinced that, at some point, Jack learns that Claire is his half-sister. The way he said the line "YOU'RE not even related to him!" Just the way he said "you're" made me think that he had figured out that they are related. What do you guys think??

I agree. I took the same meaning from his comment, and I think that Christian either tells him or allows himself to be seen by Claire and Jack at the same moment so that the "secret" is revealed.
What I wonder is why Claire never casually mentions that her bio-dad and Jack share the same last name. Seems like that could have come up during some lull in beach conversation, doncha think?
