Naomi and Elsa were both wearing the same bracelet. Obviously, this leads us to believe that Elsa was working for the same people that employed Naomi.
So Sayid appears to be picking off people who were backing the freighter expedition (which, based on Ben's dialogue at the end, goes so horribly wrong that it leads Sayid down such a dark path) and the cover-up of Oceanic Flight 815.
I didn't quite catch the initials on the bracelet, but I think it was R.G (screencap, please). Assuming R.G. is the "economist" Sayid was after, perhaps he also is the ultimate "man behind the curtain."

I also can't say for sure, but I'm about 90% sure that the initials were "RC". |

If we are indeed dealing with flash fowards here, Elsa wasn't wearing a different bracelet from Naomi's, she was wearing Naomi's bracelet.
Sayid is praying on the hillside.
Sayid walks over to Naomi's body and closes her eyes.
He removes her bracelet and reads the inscription.
Sayid pockets the bracelet.
Somehow, yet to be revealed, Sayid gets off the Island and ends up working for Ben.
Sayid is assigned to kill Elsa's boss.
Sayid makes the move on Elsa, falls in love with her and gives Elsa the bracelet as a gift.
Sayid is shot by Elsa.
Sayid shoots Elsa and kills her.
Sayid closes her eyes and removes the bracelet. |

Ya, that was my initial feeling on the bracelet too; that is was Naomi's bracelet that Sayid gave to Elsa as a gift. However, everything I've been reading this morning so far has said that the screen caps seem to show the bracelets are slightly different so I'm not sure what to make of it now. |

Haha, yeah mabye. 
I don't really understand though. If it is the same bracelet the why would he give it to another woman if the message on it contain initials which are not relevant. Unless he got the message changed, which would be abit pointless because that just make it a regular bracelet once again.

Im a first timer love the Podcasts,
Is it me but is Regina, the woman on the phone, the same voice as Noami? I think Noami is Regina and Regina is "RG". Regina starts to speak on the phone when Noami died on the island. THis goes back to parralell Unvires Theory. Is RG another version of her? When Noami is on the stretcher ,dead Miles doent want her on the helicopter he say's. "Thats not Naomi its a piece of meat" He doesnt care because theres another version of her.
