1. Possible, but a pretty big stretch for Jack ... At least this season.
2. That's just crazy talk!!!
3. Again ... CRAZY TALK!!!
4. Very possible - I like this theory, as it fits with the whole speculation that "Taller Walt" is his 2007 ghost travelling back to the Island (in 2004) to warn Locke.
5. I can only hope & dream ... 
6. Possible, but I don't think we'll know what happened to Desmond until S5.
7. Again, possible, but something I don't think we'll know until after S4.
8. NO WAY!!! This has already been dismissed in the "Eggtown" episode.
9. I guess anything is possible, but I don't think it's very likely.
10. Once again ... CRAZY TALK!!!

Jack's pent up rage finally succeeds in getting him to commit murder...he's already shown he's completely capable of the act (Locke was a loaded gun away from being blown to hell by Jack AND he damn near beat Ben to death last season).
If the freightees were to do something heinous like...reveal their plan to execute everyone on the island, it makes sense to me that Jack may end up killing one of them...
It would also feed into the later guilty conscience he exhibits off island...even if he's justified in a murder, he'll still jump at the opportunity to hate himself for it...he holds himself to such high standards that can't possibly be lived up to.

6, 7 or 10.
Most likely 6 and 7, both of which seem pretty plausible, but I think 10 could be a possible. Hence the reason Jack is not with her off island.
