Alright so in the last two weeks both fien and haggerty got pulled over for their tint, and the cops keep saying that their is an updated law for 2007 that has been changed and they are cracking down.
Anyone have any info on this, i havent been able to find any yet?
Be prepared to get pulled if your tinted, and don't drive like an idiot giving them any extra reason to pull u...

Thats what im saying, thats one of the reason i got SEMA's SAN to recognize snailspeed because the whole purpose of SAN is to fight unfair car laws passed by idiots that dont know shit about cars, they prolly dont even know how to check their damn oil! _________________ Speedin from Sweden |

Alright i have begun taking action, so far i sent an email to two PA senators a congressman and the washington co. district attorney. I just emailed them trying to get info in the new laws, we will see how quick they return them, and whether or not we should vote for them next election, ha!

Ya it would be nice to know what all is true or not, we do know that tinting windows is tecnically illegal unless its stock but lets be serious unless your rolling around in a cadilac with 22s and spray painted black windows with a gun hanging out the window your not harming anything. i like my interior to be cooler in the summer and have some privacy, plus it makes your car look better. I'm actually surprised there letting car manufactures make the high hp vehicles, if they had there way we would prob be driving around all clear glass windowed geo metros with 2 cylinder 35 hp turds |

Well i got pullled over 3 days ago for my tint and the officer was such a dick. My car came stock with this tint i think it was 45% and he said that it needed to be 70% visible wtf. He also got me for my front and side markers, taillights, liscense plate cover, led lights under the dash lol . The north franklin township is really cracking down on tint tho. They are getting huge grants from the state so they are sending out alot more officers. So just a little heads up for anyone with some dark tint |

Thats what i hear dan, i think they reworded the tint laws in the last cpl years, bc when i tinted my windows in 05 all the laws said that it couldnt block more than 70% of the light which would be 30% VLT. 30-35%% is about average for most states. Now it reads that 70% light must go through, and its worded mroe awkwardly than any of the other states tint laws, which makes me REALLY skeptical. Just another reason why the state of PA sucks, i guess! _________________ Speedin from Sweden |

look up colorado emission laws and methods for getting smelly cars..they have road side emission detectors.. we have it good compared to some of the states out west.. Cali can only buy 91 octane.... But this still sucks! _________________ -Dave..."fast, reliable, or cheap...pick two" |

Alot of states are only selling 91 octane nowadays, but thats why we have ACES!
PA is still one of the most over-governed states in the nation. _________________ Speedin from Sweden |
