|
|
I'm getting all the bodywork done to paint my truck this week. The Way I'm painting it is cheap, just scuffing the existing paint and laying primer then flat army green with a coat or two of clear. any suggestions or whatever? Its not permanant, eventually if I dump money into my truck I'll have the whole thing coated in POR-15 and start from scratch but this is just to get it looking better for spring and summer. sick of black too, allways dirty and half the panels are flat from body work that never got finished. _________________ <................................................................> |

Yeah for sure I'm not forgettin about it either. I was brainstorming with a freind of mine about what to do and he said I should paint a white star inside the bed and the elephant inside the star. I'm not too sure about what Im gonna do, probably just the elephant. _________________ <................................................................> |

I really need to go get the paint, finish the bodywork I have to do, then spray it somewhere and I have no idea where I'm gonna do it at but I'll work that out I guess. Maybe a nice day I can do it in my barn or outside of it? Who knows. _________________ <................................................................> |

Get that thing shaved, molded, and sprayed. I think we should turn it into one of those trucks like we had at our show. |

ive seen a couple other people do it on volvo's recently, it seems to turn out really well, They say it lasts like 4 years before it needs redone. How sick is that! I say as soon as im done with my car, we attack the shit out of housers bodywork and spend a weekend with some rollers, lol. _________________ Speedin from Sweden |

I need like 300 bucks and we'd be in the clear to completly do the whole truck. fuckkkkkkkkk.
all i need is a rollpan, fenders, new chrome up front and door poppers for the shaved doors and I'd be good to go. _________________ <................................................................> |
