This is really a compound question, so you can answer all of it or only parts you choose:
How did you start watching anime; or what was your first anime; or what anime got you hooked on the stuff?
For me the answer is generally the same for all. I was browsing YouTube when I came across some animated music videos for a song I liked. It happened to be editted to Nausicaa. As I watched it and a few others, I realized I really liked AMV's and began checking out alot of them. Soon I saw a few that really intrigued me, in that they seemed to tell a story...I had to find out more.
So I figured out what anime the scenes came from....Full Metal Alchemist. I painstakingly located eps wherever I could...
Once I watched Full Metal Alchemist, I was hooked...and have been seeking other good series since. (Found this site in early July and monitored it for a month to get a feel for the people and see if I fit in...BTW, you guys rock)
All in All, FMA is my answer to all the above questions.

how huh..
i've been watching anime since i can remember..
the very first one's i ever watched were:
◘Voltes 5-the very first mecha i've ever watched.. parents told me its first shown when they were kids.. so its a really old anime lolz 
◘Mojacko-i don't expect anyone to know what this is lolz
◘Zenki-very first shounen i ever watched
◘Doreamon- really old anime as well
◘Aoi Blink- ahh something about a talking pony
◘Sailormoon-first shoujo/romance i ever watched ?
yeah i can say all of those made me like anime lolz.. well at least those were the very first one's i ever watched

The Same Reason and the same Anime that she watches...del we dont have any choice back then huh...

lmao i know
they kept on replaying all the animes and the episodes.. somtimes they don't even end it at all and just repeat it over and over again
well i had no choice back then but to watch since i was addicted to anime lolz

since i was a little boy, i remember watch a very old anime about a oni mask dude who kills a father and his son, cant remember the name of that one and my mom buy me a VHS about a guy called Tekka Man... i remember watch Saint Seiya and later DBZ too... man im getting old.
remember the old times
and this very sad and "i go to kill my self" oh man the fuc@# dogs die
