Naruto, just because hes Naruto. We see a lot of anime characters that are like him... you know, annoying and somewhat ADD.
I like him though... hes an interesting character and he reminds me a lot of myself. Caring yet crazy.
Second up is... Kiba. Why? Just because. I actually am not very sure. He doesn't make many appearances but he has a funny attitude and is actually one of the nicer looking characters in the show.
Third would have to be Sasuke. The only reason why he isn't second is because sometimes I have to literally stop watching/reading due to his idiotic nature. Seriously, how many bad choices can one person make. I like him though... when I look bast his emo stupidity anyways.
