Hôm qua (6/2), các đề cử cho giải thưởng hàng năm Game Developers Choice Awards lần thứ 7 đã được chính thức công bố, trong số đó Okami và Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion dẫn đầu với 4 đề cử giải thưởng. Giải thưởng Game xuất sắc là sự ganh đua đầy quyết liệt giữa Gears of War, Okami, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, The Legend of Zelda: Twillight Princess và Wii Sports.
Theo đó, lễ công bố và trao giải sẽ được tổ chức vào ngày 7/3 sắp tới trong khuôn khổ hội nghị các nhà phát triển game (Game Developers Conference - GDC) diễn ra trong trong thời gian 5-9/3/2007 tại San Francisco, Mỹ. Ngoài các giải thưởng được bình chọn dựa trên chủ đề, vài vinh dự đặc biệt cũng sẽ được trao cho game có nhiều đóng góp cho cộng đồng (Community Contribution), game sáng tạo (Innovation), game thành tựu trọn đời (Lifetime Achievement)...
